The Road Ahead

These next few weeks will probably be the most difficult of my life. I'm not sure exactly how my family will handle it, but hopefully it will not be as hard as I'm imagining it. I dunno. I don't like making my journal all depressing and get everyone down. So just bear with me...

My grandpa will be spending his last weeks with us. I'm in the middle of drawing him a Civil War scene, because he's such a history nut and loves the Civil War. He'll be moving in tomorrow, and his relatives will probably take turns spending the night here. So...yeah. It's gonna be pretty crazy around here soon.

Which means I'm not likely to get much done for art or writing. I've been dealing with artist and writer's block, due to lack of inspiration. I've been drawing some but, my heart's just not into it lately. The next post may not be for some time.

A bit of good news is that I started playing Dynasty Warriors. It really is crack encoded into a video game. Are there any Dynasty Warriors fans out there? I'm a Sun Ce and Zhou Yu fan.

Anyway, I wanted to finish with saying thanks to everyone who's ever supported me along the way. In youth it is hard to see the end of the road, but life really can be short. Live each day and experience it to the fullest, and appreciate everyone you meet.
